CSSHA Practice from 1-4 pm at the LOTRA Arena.  A trail course will be set up for practice.  For more information contact Paula McCormick at paulamccg@gmail.com.  Must have current CSSHA membership to participate.  If not current, it can be paid at the practice.  Must have LOTRA membership or pay $30 per practice to LOTRA.
